A MIXED CULTURAL DESIGN PROJECT WHICH ENHANCES CULTURAL HERITAGE BETWEEN TROPICAL LIVING AND THE EAST.

Spread over 20 acres of land area, The Singapore City of Shenyang is a condominium housing project developed by Singapore public listed property group Koh Brother Holdings Limited. The designer played well with design theme which created the mood and cultural living style which emerged well along with China eastern living and Singapore tropical living.

The project designed and executed by LBA included a block of property show rooms 售樓處 and four blocks of show apartments 樣板房 which the design reflected their individual character of each unique way.

The interior design of the property show room clearly embraces the tropical garden living standard, reflected in the eastern living heritage of the Chinese. Whereas the interior design of the show apartments feel the aesthetic value from modern living of the east toward European touch inhabitation.
